Our dogs sleep in the kitchen. The floor is tiled and gets pretty cool in the winter, so we were in the market for a heated bed. After some research, we purchased the medium bed. It is large enough to fit both of our dogs (Shih Tzus) comfortably. They really enjoy the heat. They’re fairly indifferent to the vibrating mechanism. Incidentally, the vibrating mechanism is not adjustable but when it’s on the noise it puts out ranges from kind of loud to so quiet you can’t hear it working, Still not sure why that is.

I bought this for my cats, who like heated pet beds. Some of the others have a pad that gets way too hot (you do have to check them now and again and be sure to have a good thick pad around the heater). This one seems to be warm without being too warm. The first one I ordered didn’t work, but Amazon replaced it quickly without any problem. The “magic fingers” feature was not important; cats don’t seem to care.

We bought this bed over a year ago and it is still going strong. This bed is for inside use only. Our Jack Russell likes the heater but is not sure about the vibration function. Overall this bed is very well constructed and has not given us any problems. The controls are easy to use and well built. The cover is easy to clean.
