I was very happy with the product but they sent me twice as many as I had ordered. I also ordered the pet heated insert for his bed; they charged me freight when it was supposed to be free. I called them and I thought it had been corrected but it came all wrong and sometimes you just don’t feel like dealing with it any more. I wonder how many people don’t complain just like me.
